When will my order ship?
For original art, our team needs 1-3 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday — or over the weekend or holiday— will ship on the next business day.
We work with Pictorem for our print-on-demand items. They will ship your order directly to you within 6 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

How does Heather capture the art for prints?
The original painting is brought to a professional print shop in Berkeley, CA where it is digitally captured, color-matched and tested for quality and accuracy.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
We make sure the original photo colors are highly accurate. They are not edited or enhanced.
PRINT ON DEMAND:
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your reproduction, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can let us know if the color is off, and have it reprinted, or get your money back.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know immediately by sending a message to email@example.com.
