Refund Policy

PRINTS:

We offer a 30 day, money-back guarantee on all Print products (stretched canvas prints and paper prints). If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product for any reason, simply send it back to us and receive a full refund.  Please note that it is required to contact our team first, and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

For product defects, assembly issues or damages while in transit, we will replace or refund your purchase in full. In this case it will not be required to send it back. Proof of the damage or issues with the print must be provided.

ORIGINALS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art or custom products (such as commissions).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely case that your original artwork arrives damaged, we would  work with you to get this resolved. If you decide to return the damaged artwork we would refund  the entire purchase including all shipping costs.
